To assist the Director of P&C in achieving P&C goals and objectives, particularly in the areas of recruitment, personnel administration/records, and employee relations etc.

Primary Responsibilities主要職責
To be responsible for staff recruitment to meet the operation needs,including releasing information, sourcing candidates and conduct primaryinterview.To assist the Director of P&C with the annual manning budget andmanpower cost budget.Conduct annual salary survey and assist the Director of P&C with theannual salary review proposal and implementation.Keep contact and maintain good relationship with relevant schools andtalent agencies to source comparatively qualified trainees.Handling all matters of foreign Interns hiring.Organize annual staff party, assist in organization of staff activitysuch as staff birthday party etc.Oversee Personnel Assistant to ensure all personnel routine workcompleted in compliance with HR Standard Operation Procedure.Conduct exit interview for Supervisor and below employees and summarizedinformation.Assist Training Manager with New Staff Orientation, and conduct theconcerned course.Complete monthly report related to personnel timely and correctly.Other work assigned.

崗位要求
College degree or above.3 years or above experience in personnel administration esp. in the areaof recruitment at 4 or 5 star international hotelsFluent in English.familiar with the relevant national and local labor laws and regulationsWith capability of communication and coordination.Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters.Well complete each work task designated at the above Job Responsibility.
大專以上學歷。三年以上國際品牌酒店人事管理特別是招聘工作的經驗。英語聽書讀寫熟練。熟悉國家和地方的勞動法律法規。有較強的溝通協調和管理能力。工作認真負責,作風正派,處事公正,有良好的素質。能較好完成上述工作職責規定的各項任務。
