崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Primary Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
- Cleans and maintains areas of responsibility according to set standards and proceduresButler inspects all rooms before VlP guest arrival, to ensure that the amenities are placed in accordingly and rooms are prepared.
- Go over the Daily logs to know the Hotel's operations for the day;any issues pertaining to guests to follow up; all the VlPs arriving, in-house and departures.
- To access Opera to read up on guest's profile to know their preferences.Inspect the occupied rooms for cleanliness and maintenance. Assist in arranging guest belongings and coordinating resolution of all Engineering problems.
- 根據(jù)正確標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和程序，清潔和維護(hù)所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域 。
- 管家檢查所有到達(dá)VIP的房間，確保客房的清潔達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為客人準(zhǔn)備的舒適物品放入房間內(nèi)。
- 了解就酒店每日運(yùn)行情況，根據(jù)客人喜好所需要的跟蹤服務(wù)，熟悉當(dāng)日即將抵達(dá)，住宿和離店的重要客人。
- 進(jìn)入電腦操作系統(tǒng)，了解客人喜好。
- 檢查住客房間的清潔和維護(hù)狀況，為客人整理和安排物品。并對(duì)房間內(nèi)的任何缺陷或問題及時(shí)與工程部協(xié)作，確保及時(shí)地修理或解決。
- Knowledgeand Experience知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)Minimum2years experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel environment.
- Fluent in English and local language.
- Good level of engagement with guests.
- 2年以上5星級(jí)酒店相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- 流利的英語和當(dāng)?shù)卣Z言。
- 良好的對(duì)客服務(wù)意識(shí)。
