SUMMARY OF POSITION
職位概括
Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
迎接并為客人辦理入住,為客人介紹房間設(shè)施,依照客人選擇的方式收取押金。為客人辦理退房時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)提供帳單并對(duì)客人不明白的帳務(wù)做合理說明. 通過準(zhǔn)確地解讀客人的所需所想來應(yīng)對(duì)客人各種各樣的要求,適當(dāng)?shù)募尤雮€(gè)人的建議及關(guān)懷,在遵循四季酒店的策略的同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)顧客滿意最大化。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS?
職位要求
Holds diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
酒店管理或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域大學(xué)文憑優(yōu)先考慮。
Good skills of the English.
英文溝通能力好。
Candidates with relevant experience in front office will be preferred.
有前廳部相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的候選人將被優(yōu)先考慮。
