SUMMARY OF POSITION
職位概括
Assist DOP to coordinate and manage the overalloperations of the Purchasing, Receiving and Storeroom Department to ensure thatall departments of the hotel have adequate supplies to perform their duties inan efficient manner.
協(xié)助采購總監(jiān)協(xié)調(diào)和管理采購、收貨和庫房部門的整體運作,以確保酒店所有部門都有足夠的物資以有效地履行職責。
Keep abreast of new and alternative products inthe market and consult with other department on products to enhance costeffectiveness and quality standards.
與市場上的新產(chǎn)品和替代產(chǎn)品保持同步,并與其他部門就產(chǎn)品進行咨詢,以提高成本效益和質(zhì)量標準。
Maintain the highest level of integrity andtransparency in dealing with business partners and ensure that business isawarded fairly.
在與商業(yè)伙伴打交道時保持最高水平的誠信和透明度,并確保商業(yè)公平。
Follow all local and corporate policies, rules, internalcontrols and procedures and safeguards as they relate to the PurchasingDepartment.
遵守所有與采購部門相關的當?shù)睾凸菊摺⒁?guī)則、內(nèi)部控制、程序和保障措施。
Ensure proper authorization has been obtainedfor all hotel-specific purchasing contracts and conduct, manage and completecompetitive bids in accordance with policy and ensure bids are on file whereapplicable prior to execution of contracts.
確保所有酒店采購合同均已獲得適當授權(quán),并按照政策管理和完成競爭性投標,確保在執(zhí)行合同前已將投標存檔。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS?
職位要求
Minimum 1 year experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization.
至少1年于四季酒店或國際五星級酒店同等職位工作經(jīng)驗。
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
熟知電腦操作及辦公軟件應用。
