SUMMARY OF POSITION
職位概述
Support Sales and Catering teams through the execution of administrative work. Handle incoming calls and inquiries in compliance with Four Seasons standard.
支持整體銷售團隊的行政工作。根據四季標準處理銷售咨詢和查詢。
Timely and accurately prepare high-quality BEO and contracts to lay the foundation for successful sales.
及時準確地準備高質量的BEO以及合同,為成功銷售做好基礎。
Support and help the sales team in action, and complete other tasks assigned by the catering? sales manager and Director of Catering.
給予宴會銷售團隊行動上的支持及幫助,完成宴會銷售經理及宴會銷售總監分配的其他任務。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
職位要求
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required in English and Mandarin.?
具有優秀的溝通技巧及中英文的讀寫能力。
Experience with computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Opera, Lotus and GOLDEN S&C) an advantage.
有計算機經驗(Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Opera、Lotus和GOLDEN S&C)者優先。
Colleague degree or above, fresh graduates are accepted
大學專科或以上學歷,接受應屆畢業生。
