SUMMARY OF POSITION
職位概括
The ability to work quickly in a high-pressure environment and ability to handle stress.
The ability to control rooms and rate availability in accordance with established guidelines to maximize occupancy and revenue.
The ability to prepare and distribute accurate occupancy and revenue forecasts and keep all department heads well informed of and unexpected changes in levels of business.
The ability to ensure that Reservations team’s guest confirmations and arrival lists are accurate as well as guest history information and follow up on guests’ requests.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
