SUMMARY OF POSITION
職位概括
Oversees the Front Desk operations and acts as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior managers are not available. Directs staff that performs the following duties and will also perform these duties on own: welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons'policies.
負責監(jiān)督前臺的運作并在酒店高層管理缺席的情況下要擔負其責任。指導(dǎo)員工同時自己也將履行以下職責:迎接并為客人辦理入住,為客人介紹房間設(shè)施,依照客人選擇的方式收取押金。為客人辦理退房手續(xù),準備賬單并向客人解釋明細。通過準確地解讀客人的所需所想來應(yīng)對客人各種各樣的要求,適當?shù)募尤雮€人的建議及關(guān)懷,在遵循四季酒店的策略的同時實現(xiàn)顧客滿意度優(yōu)化。
Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and well being of hotel guests and employees when senior managers are not available. Responds swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
當上級經(jīng)理不在的時候,負責管理所有與酒店客人員工的安全、保密、賠償?shù)认嚓P(guān)事宜。在緊急情況下能夠準確及時的做出反應(yīng)。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS?
職位要求
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required in English and Mandarin. Foreign Language is desired.
具有優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧及中英文的讀寫能力,更希望具有多國語言能力。
3-5 years management experience in a similar position in luxury hotels.
3-5年或以上在類似奢侈品牌酒店的管理經(jīng)驗。
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, able to work well under pressure.
優(yōu)秀的人際交往和解決問題以及抗壓能力。
