【崗位職責】
1、確保所有廚房員工對酒店其他部門的同事,也就是我們酒店的內部客人也要保證始終如一的高品質服務。
Ensures that all culinary associates also provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate;
2、檢查和監督食品生產的每個過程,在適當的時候提供反饋信息。
Tastes and monitors products served throughout the operation, providing feedback where appropriate.
3、與餐務部經理一起保證廚房的衛生狀況,保養廚房中的儀器,降低破損,延長它們的使用壽命。
Works closely with the Stewarding Manager to ensure that hygiene standards are maintained.? Supervises associates to make sure that operating equipment is cared for and properly used to maximise its useful life, and to minimise breakage and personal injury.
【崗位要求】
1、具備在豪華國際品牌酒店擔任行政總廚至少兩至四年的工作經驗(中廚背景優先);
Minimum two to four years work experience as Executive Chef in a luxury international brand hotel.
2、具備豐富的廚房管理、菜單規劃及實際操作技能方面的知識與經驗;
Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in Kitchen management, menu planning and operational skills.
3、全面了解廚房衛生規范及職業健康與安全標準。
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
