【崗位職責】
1.確保酒店最基本的品牌標準都要被貫徹執行。
Ensures that minimum brand standardshave been implemented.
2.對菜單上的所有菜品和飲料有全面的知識和理解,并能推薦菜品和飲料的搭配及促銷。
Have a thorough knowledge andunderstanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability torecommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
3.協助監督對所有運營設備和營業用品的月度盤點。
Assists with conducting monthlyinventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
4.運營期間百分之百關注客人及員工并提供真誠舒適的服務及在培訓中發揮積極的作用
Onemust ensure to 100% focus on customers and associates during operation andprovide authentic and suitable levels of service and take active role intraining.
【崗位要求】
1. 1-2年酒店中餐廳相關工作經驗。
1-2 years experiences in similar capacity in luxury hotel in Chinese restaurant.
2.熟悉中餐餐飲知識,了解并熟悉餐廳特色菜品。
Familiar with the knowledge of Chinese food and beverage, understand and be familiar with the specialty dishes of the restaurant.
