職位描述Administer the day to day operations of the restaurant outlet in such a manner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction, associate welfare, and profit margins.管理餐廳部門的日常運作,秉持收益理想化,支出最小化的工作態度。滿足顧客的需求,處理員工福利事宜,和完成利潤指標。Prepareof the yearlydepartment budget by using history & forecasting techniques to develop anaggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.利用以往的經驗和對未來的預測,準備部門的年預算報告,并發展一個具有可現實現性的預算目標。Accuratelyforecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.準確的預測未來的商業需求,保證充足的人員配備和食品。En surethe efficient scheduling of management& associates.合理的安排員工的工作時間表和管理計劃表。En sure the awareness &enforcement ofall Marriott S.O.P.’s & Property L.S.O.P.’s.確保熟知并執行所有萬豪標準操作程序和當地酒店標準操作程序。En force operational standards that areperiodically reviewed & updated.執行公司的規章制度,并定期回顧和加以革新。Be responsible formaintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.時刻保證部門的安全性,保持衛生設施的標準。 Enforce Marriott’s 39-pointsanitation checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.執行萬豪酒店的39點衛生標準,每月對所有的部門進行衛生檢查。Be responsible for assetmanagement of all outlet property & facilities.負責所有部門的物品和設施的財產管理。Conduct preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.每月對所有部門進行衛生清潔維護的檢查。En force Marriott’s Principles of Hospitality at all times.遵守萬豪酒店的員工行為準則。Above all, lead byexample through a “hands on” approach to motivate our associatesto excel.綜上所述,以身作則,樹立榜樣,通過親力親為來激勵其他員工的發展動力。Minimum 5years F&B experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory position.五年以上相關工作的經驗,并有一年以上的管理經驗。Demonstrated excellent technical knowledge of restaurant operations.具有豐富的餐廳管理經驗。Demonstrated excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.良好的英語和中文表達能力。
