1.To maintain a strict confidentiality of all information and documents.
Under no circumstances is such information to be communicated to anyone without
the approval of the Director of Food & Beverage.
嚴格保管好所有的機密文檔,在沒有得到餐飲總監的允許下不得和其他任何部門進行信息上的交流
2.To be able to handle skilfully office automation software such as Words,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. both in Chinese and English version.
能自如地使用中英版本的電腦軟件,例如:Words, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook
等
3.To translate and
interpret orally and written documents.
能進行日常的文件翻譯工作
4.To receive dictation,
compose, type letters, correspondences, contracts, memo, reports etc.
可以接受日常的聽寫,(語言)組織,打印信件,通信,合同,備忘,日常報表等工作
5. To handle mailings, faxes and incoming
correspondences of all sections.
能管理好所有的郵件收發,傳真和應收通信的存檔
6. To schedule and properly prepare all
documents for Director of Food &
Beverage's approval.
在餐飲總監的認同下準備一切所需的書面文件
7. To receive telephone calls, take messages
and inform related persons when available.
接受好所有來電,作好留言并通知到相應的人
8.To greet and handle all
guests, both internal and external.
隨時做好迎接和處理(對內和對外)的賓客事宜
9.To keep Director of Food
& Beverage appointments, engagements and meetings and to assist in planning
his day.
協助餐飲總監的安排含商務約見,日常約會以及會議的工作
10. To organize and attend meetings, including
the preparation of agenda and minutes.
組織好會議安排,需要參加其會議時要準備好會議章程并完成會議記錄
11. To keep track and ensure the proper
maintenance of all paper documents
and filling.
確保完成好所有書面工作的存檔
12. To properly maintain the Corporate
Standards of Operations and the Local
Standards of Operations.
依據當地實施的酒店標準開展工作
13. To assist in other areas of the Food &
Beverage Department as required.
當其他地區的餐飲部門有需要幫忙時請協助完成
