SPECIFIC DUTIES工作任務(wù):
1.
Work closely with the
Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager by resuming
responsibility as shift leader.
Motivating associates to ensure the consistency in service standards
provided to guests is a good practise of Marriott’s philosophy.
與前廳部經(jīng)理以及前廳部副經(jīng)理保持良好的工作協(xié)作關(guān)系。激勵員工以確保所有的服務(wù)都很好的符合萬豪的服務(wù)理念。
2.
Ensure a high quality of
service is provided to all external and internal customers of your department.
無論對于內(nèi)部或外部的顧客,均須提供高標準服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
3.
Devote all your working
time and efforts to the business of the hotel and carry out duties assigned to
you by your direct supervisors.
服從上司對你的工作安排,同時保證工作時專心致志,努力為酒店創(chuàng)造價值。
4.
Conduct all your duties
in accordance with the rules, practices, procedures and policies, which are
outlined in the associates handbook and promote the spirit of teamwork whenever
and wherever is possible.
依據(jù)《員工手冊》所描述的相關(guān)政策、制度和程序來規(guī)范你的工作表現(xiàn),且無論何時、何地都要盡力體現(xiàn)團隊合作精神。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作內(nèi)容;
1. Ensure all Standard Operating
Procedure and Local Operating Procedures are adhered to and carried out.
確保所有的營運章程得以貫徹實施。
2. Assist in monitoring the supplies and
maintenance of all Concierge equipment.
監(jiān)督所有部門必需品的供應(yīng)以及維護情況。
3.
Meeting VIP guests at ground floor.
在一樓大堂內(nèi)迎接VIP客人。
4.
Assist in training
and coaching of all Concierge Associates.
指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)所有的禮賓部的員工。
5.
Ensure daily
operations flows smoothly and consistent visibility in the hotel’s lobby to
provide easy access to all guests and associates.
確保日常的營運并且站在大堂明顯的位置,方便給客人以及員工提供服務(wù)。
6.
Planning of manpower
and duty rosters.
作好人力資源管理以及考勤工作。
7.
Attending
departmental meetings or any other meetings as assigned by the management.
參與部門內(nèi)部以及上級安排的以外的會議。
8.
Request for guest to
fill up our GSS forms upon check out.
在客人退房時鼓勵客人填寫客人意見書。
9. To counsel/coach all
associates to ensure the consistency of their performance.
培訓(xùn)所有員工在工作中要有一致性。
10. To liaise with other
departments on new policies/packages.
跟其他部門的總監(jiān)保持良好關(guān)系,以便得到更新的信息。
11. Knowing all emergency
procedure at all times.
了解所有應(yīng)急情況下所要采取的行動步驟。
12. Be wary of general liability issues and if unclear to check with Department
Head.
與其他部門總監(jiān)分配工作職責(zé)范圍。
13. Familiar with the balance scot card of your
department and try your best to achieve the comment goal.
熟知部門的平衡積分卡并努力實現(xiàn)部門的共同目標
14. Maintain effective service in line with the
Hotel’s Corporate Image
