【崗位職責(zé)】
1、全面負(fù)責(zé)酒店應(yīng)收賬款管理工作，監(jiān)督并執(zhí)行應(yīng)收賬款的日常核對(duì)、催收及核銷流程
2、定期編制應(yīng)收賬款分析報(bào)表，及時(shí)向財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)匯報(bào)異常賬款情況并提出解決方案
3、協(xié)調(diào)前廳、餐飲等營業(yè)部門完善賬單管理流程，確保收入數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性和完整性
4、主導(dǎo)客戶信用評(píng)估工作，建立并維護(hù)客戶信用檔案，定期更新信用評(píng)級(jí)
5、處理復(fù)雜賬款爭(zhēng)議，與銷售部門協(xié)作解決客戶付款糾紛
6、負(fù)責(zé)月末結(jié)賬工作，確保應(yīng)收賬款相關(guān)科目按時(shí)準(zhǔn)確入賬
7、培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)AR專員工作，優(yōu)化應(yīng)收賬款管理流程和操作規(guī)范
【崗位要求】
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，財(cái)務(wù)、會(huì)計(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2、精通酒店P(guān)MS系統(tǒng)操作（如Opera），熟練使用財(cái)務(wù)軟件及Excel高級(jí)功能
3、熟悉酒店收入審計(jì)流程及應(yīng)收賬款全周期管理
4、具備優(yōu)秀的財(cái)務(wù)分析能力和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制意識(shí)
5、持有會(huì)計(jì)從業(yè)資格證，有中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)職稱者優(yōu)先
