Assist in managing the hotel promotional database and updating the database.

Coordinate the design and production of all hotel promotional materials.

Responsible for the tracking of all expenses incurred for all design and production of promotional materials and advertising.
負責跟進酒店宣傳促銷印刷品的設計、印刷和廣告等費用。
Monthly update of the actual expenses for record purposes
.每月更新實際費用明細表。
Closely work with sister properties in creating cluster promotions and awareness.與姐妹酒店緊密合作,創造區域性的合作和推廣。 Participate in the preparation of monthly report and other reports according to business needs.參與月度報告的準備工作,以及其他相關的工作報告。
Requirement崗位要求
1.Minimum 1-year work experiencein hotel
industryfrom a sizeable international organization or in advertising or publicrelations firms.

2.Knowledge of local market and business practice.

3.Ability to comply reports as required
