Responsibilities 工作職責
1.Directs and controls all subordinate staff to ensure that all day to day operational
? matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met
? 指導并監督下屬員工確保日常運營并達到客人期望值。
2.Liases with the kitchen, stewarding, bars, housekeeping and engineering to ensure that
? the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility
? 與廚房,管事部,酒吧,客房部及工程部等相關部門協調以確保每日運營順利進行。
3.Confidently knowing the food and beverage menu contents and be able to explain them?
??in detail to guests.
? 熟悉掌握菜單及飲料單上的內容,并可以詳細的給客人做出解釋。
4.Check reservations for the day, ensuring that the restaurant & team member have tables
?ready and large bookings have been confirmed by phone.
?檢查餐廳當天預定,保證員工能夠按照預定準備及正確擺臺,做好相應的準備,并能致電
?確認預定。
5.Assists in the planning and execution of promotional activities as directed
?按要求輔助上級計劃與執行食品的促銷活動。
Job Specs 職位要求
1.2-3years in a managerial position in 4/5 Star category hotel
?二至三年在四/五星級酒店的相關管理經驗。
2.Good local and English language skills.
?良好的地方和英語語言技能。
3.Communication Skill.
? 溝通能力。
4.Strong in Leadership skills & good training conducting skills.
? 領導技能及培訓技巧。
