Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)
1.To engage in beverage preparation and delivery ensuring that guest satisfaction objectives within the outlet are achieved by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service as per the standards of performance and training provided??
酒水的準(zhǔn)備以及保證各個餐廳內(nèi)客人的需求,為客人提供有效的,友好的以及細(xì)致的服務(wù)。
2.To engage in beverage preparation and service delivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence.
按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和程序做好酒水的準(zhǔn)備工作和服務(wù)。
3.To have thorough knowledge of the drinks list and wine list and to be able to respond to guest inquiries.?
對酒水單和葡萄酒單要非常的熟悉,并且能夠?qū)腿说囊笞龀龇磻?yīng)。
4.To actively promote the service and facilities of the Hilton Hotels to guests and suppliers of the hotel.
能夠積極的向客人及供應(yīng)商推薦酒店的服務(wù)及設(shè)施。
5.Maximizes revenue in the outlet by implementing up selling procedures.
在各個廳面進行酒水的促銷以達(dá)到利潤最大化。
6.Maintains beverage par stocks and places orders accordingly.
根據(jù)客人的點單率維持酒吧的庫存。
Job Specs 職位要求
1.Senior High School Education or specialty Hospitality .
? 高中畢業(yè)或相關(guān)同等學(xué)歷。
2.2-3? years in a managerial position in 5 Stars category hotel.
? 兩至三年在五星級酒店的相關(guān)管理經(jīng)驗。
3.Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic.
?對餐飲和各種酒類有基本的了解;對收銀操作初步的了解。
4.Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items.
?了解和熟悉酒水單的能力。
