PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES?主要職責

1.?Business Planning?and Sales & Marketing 銷售及市場推廣
?
Planning sales activities: to concentrate in “selling” i.e. conduct sales calls to introduce hotels facilities, packages, seeking business leads.?

To assist DOSM/DOS in achieving monthly and year-end budget
協助市場銷售總監、銷售總監達成月度及年終預算。

To assist DOSM/DOS in maximizing profits by securing business
協助市場銷售總監、銷售總監確保業務,達到利潤最大化。

Follow up leads assigned by DOSM/DOS.
跟進市場銷售總監、銷售總監分配的商業線索。
?
To maintain good relationship with existing accounts.
與現有的客戶保持良好的合作關系。
?
Develop new markets/source of business.
開拓新的市場和新業務資源。
?
Conduct entertainment and site inspection to accounts decision makers and booking handlers.
為客戶決策者或者預定安排人安排宴請和酒店參觀事宜。
?
Sales visit to potential accounts.
商務拜訪潛在客戶。
?
Negotiate contracts with companies in designated territories.
與指定區域內的公司協商合同事宜。
?
Conduct Sales visit to major companies in his/her designated area according to the guidelines.
根據指示,對指定區域內的主要客戶進行商務拜訪。

Come up with new ideas on products and marketing of product such as: room packages, promotion offers and assist DOSM / DOS in launching these promotions.

To attend local business meeting and tradeshows/sales trips (both locally and overseas) assigned by DOSM.

Maintain close communication with DOSM, DOS and Sister Hotels sales persons.

Maintain effective communication with Revenue Manager and Operations Department heads.
與收益管理經理和營運部門主管保持有效的溝通。

Maintain effective communication with Hoteliers in order to understand market trend.
與其他酒店的同行業者保持有效的溝通,以便了解市場發展的趨勢。
?
Attend weekly and monthly Sales Meeting a to report work progress and month-end result

3. ?Marketing Intelligence 市場能力
Regular update on competitors offers and markets intelligence and shares the information with sales team.

Provide accurate sales statistics and market information, comments, trends and leads obtained from clients and/or competitors.

Maintain effective communication channels with all co-workers.?

REQUIREMENTS?職位要求

1.?Education 教育學歷
University degree or diploma is required.
大學或相關的專業畢業。

2.?Experience 經驗
At least 2 years working experience in similar capacity, 5 star international hotels experience is preferred.
至少2年相關工作經驗,?5星級國際品牌酒店經驗尤佳。
?
?Concrete on the road sales experience is a must.

?Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint is a must.

熟悉Delphi Sales & Catering 和Opera PMS系統為佳。

5.?Language Proficiency 語言能力
Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.?
必須熟練掌握英語與中文。
Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken.?
