Security安全防損
Be responsible for the 24-hour duty of the supervision room, familiar with the alarm equipment of the monitoring center, can handle small equipment failures, and keep records of working conditions and equipment operation.
負責監控室24小時值班，熟悉監控中心的報警設備，能夠處理小的設備故障，做好工作情況和設備運轉情況記錄。
Be familiar with hotel fire protection system and firefighting equipment, and verify the alarm immediately. Be able to use the various equipment of fire center properly and timely, keep a close eye on the various conditions displayed on the equipment, and report to the department head immediately. When fire alarm occurs, check the cause of the alarm and notify the relevant departments in time according to the alarm procedure developed by the hotel. For equipment reasons, failure and improvement measures should be put forward.
熟悉酒店消防系統及消防設備，發生報警時立即進行核實。能正確及時地使用消防中心的各種設備，密切注視設備上所顯示的各種情況，有問題馬上報告部門領導。發生火警時，及時查看報警原因，并按酒店制定的報警程序及時通知有關部門，按火警火災處理程序辦理，屬設備原因，應排除故障并提出改進措施。
Monitor the operation status of fire control equipment at any time. When fire occurs, all kinds of equipment can be started and used properly, so as to assist the hotel leadership to organize firefighting and rescue work.
隨時監督消防設備的運轉狀態，發生火災時，能正確啟動和運用各種設備，沉著冷靜地協助酒店領導組織滅火自救工作。
Do a good job of video monitor TV pictures, timely report suspicious situation and dispatch the nearest security personnel to handle, and make a record.
密切注視各重要通道監控電視畫面，發現可疑情況及時報告，派就近的保安人員進行處理，并作好記錄。
Save the video footage of the surveillance TV, if there are any foreign visitors, ask the manager in accordance with the prescribed procedure, then handle it.
保存監控電視畫面的錄像資料，若有外來人員查閱，必須按規定程序請示經理后辦理。
In charge of monitoring equipment inspection as required. Keep the room clean, strictly prohibit irrelevant personnel and casual personnel from entering the monitoring room .
按要求做好監控設備檢測工作。保持室內清潔衛生，并嚴禁無關人員以及閑雜人員進入監控室。
Regularly check or spot check, test various alarm probe, and make records.
定期檢查或抽查、測試各種報警探頭，并做好記錄。
Ensure the safety of all property in the hotel, in case of theft, artificial damage or other conditions.
確保酒店所有財產的安全，以防偷竊、人為破壞等情況的發生。
Assist with initial investigation in relation to allegations of loss or damage.
協助關于物損的初步調查。
Be familiar with hotel rules and policies.
熟悉酒店規章制度。
Be familiar with all handover records, and must complete the filling, sorting and saving of all records on duty to ensure all contents are true and effective.
對部門內所有交接記錄臺賬熟悉，并且必須完成當班時所有臺賬的填寫登記整理保存，保證所有內容真實有效
Must obey any work related task and arrangement by the superior supervisor, and obey the arrangement of any post related to own work.
