崗位職責(zé)/職位描述

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責(zé)

·Supervision of Room Attendants.

管理客房服務(wù)員的工作。

·Liaise with Housekeeping Coordinator to implement daily requests and action any new requests from Langham Touch throughout the day.

與客房部協(xié)調(diào)員溝通聯(lián)絡(luò)以便對任何一個(gè)客人通過總機(jī)提出的新要求作相關(guān)回應(yīng)。

·Attend to the delivery of special amenities according to the guest preference states in the profile.

通過客人歷史檔案,根據(jù)賓客的個(gè)人喜好在客房擺放特殊的用品。

·Liaise with other departments on behalf of the guest and follow up to ensure all requests have been actioned to the guest’s satisfaction.

代表客人和其他部門聯(lián)絡(luò),確保他們的要求都被執(zhí)行以期得到客人的滿意。

·Maintain the cleanliness of the working stations.

保持工作間的整潔。

·Reporting of maintenance, via the phone or on a request docket.

通過電話或者維修工程記錄來報(bào)告設(shè)備保養(yǎng)。

·Undertake daily room checks of all VIP guest rooms, Long Staying Guests, non-self checking Room Attendants and spot checks of Room Attendants who are self checking when it applies.

承擔(dān)每日VIP賓客房間檢查,常住客人的房間以及非自查服務(wù)員所做房間的檢查,以及自查服務(wù)員所做的房間的抽查。

·Report accidents and damages promptly to the Housekeeping Coordinator. Ensure the required paperwork is completed immediately.

及時(shí)向客房部協(xié)調(diào)員報(bào)告事故和損壞情況,并且確保及時(shí)填寫相關(guān)記錄。

·Explain and promote hotel facilities and services whenever possible.

在需要的時(shí)候向客人解釋和促銷酒店的設(shè)施和服務(wù)。

·Ensure that all colleagues comply with the grooming and uniform Standards.

確保所有同事按照儀容儀表和工作制服的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作。

·Take personal responsibility to all the floor master keys are used under control and conduct spot check on regular basis.

承擔(dān)樓層通用鑰匙在可控情況下使用的責(zé)任,并且定時(shí)抽查。

·Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.

在工作區(qū)域內(nèi)遵守相關(guān)健康和安全的工作須知。

·Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures. Ensure all of them are in line with the brand standard and quality assurance requirement.
