【崗位職責】
協助一家餐飲營業場所或一班廚房的運營管理或餐飲運營的一部份,包括菜單計劃和成本核算,組織特別活動,開發新菜,了解食品質量標準和關于產品的綜合性知識
Assist in the management of Kitchen Operations in a single food & beverage outlet or a shift, or section of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge
參與菜單的計劃和成本核算工作
Participate in the planning and costing of menus
制訂并編寫標準菜譜
Develop and write standard recipes
開發新菜和新產品
Develop new dishes and products
確保優秀的餐飲技巧得以保持
Ensure that outstanding culinary technical skills are maintained
協助組織特別活動和特別食品促銷活動
Assist with organizing special events and special food promotions
保持對產品的綜合性知識的了解,包括配料、設備、供應商、市場和當前趨勢,并相應的建議廚房運作部進行適當調整
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets, and current trends and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations accordingly
