崗位職責/職位描述
主要負責酒店的會議以及宴會的計劃、實施工作,為客人提供所需的服務,從而穩固酒店的相關業務
Assist in securing the business, plans the meeting/event, co-ordinate rations and clients before, during and after each meeting/event
在銷售總監的指引下,必須確保所有會議都在成功會議的理念之上進行并實現兩小時可轉變的標準
Under the direction of Director of Sales must ensure all meetings inquiries are handled within meeting success standard procedures and always meet 2-hour turnaround standard
熟知業務價格情況,確保商業任務的數量,了解客人需要的同時,運用管理技巧銷售酒店的設施和服務,從而達到酒店預期的收入總值
Be informed on sales and business quoted to ensure business is maximized. At all times, understand the client’s needs whilst optimizing hotel revenue through strategic yield management and up selling of hotel facilities of service
支持酒店會議銷售團體的工作并成為市場銷售收入的主要部分
Support the Hotel Sales and meeting team with site inspection, client entertainment, familiarization and other events that form part of the sales and marketing revenue plan
確保客人的需求得到詳細的落實和記錄,從而保證酒店的正常運行
Ensure that all client requirements have been confirmed and that these details are accurately and thoroughly communicated to the hotel operation in a timely manner
熟知酒店各種會議的詳細情況,并與酒店各個部門保持緊密的聯系
Act as primary point of contract to detailed meeting/event planning, working closely with banquet operation, F & B management, Reservation, Rooms Division operation, Finance and external suppliers
確保與回頭客保持聯系,并準確的執行酒店的運作詳細任務
Ensure regular client contact when meetings/events are in-house and ensure all hotels operational details are executed correctly
在活動被確定之前與客人確認活動的順序
Ensure correct and accurate billing and confirm with client upon conclusion of event
追蹤客人的回饋從而明確更多的商業機會
Follow up with client to obtain event feedback and identify further business opportunities
協助銷售總監做競爭對手的調查
Assist Director of Sales to conduct regular competitor’s survey
在 48 小時內根據客人的回饋,與之交流并解決問題
Ensure client feedback is communicate and acted upon internally and manage resolution of any issues with the client within 48 hours
