職位:保安部經理
崗位職責/職位描述
1)??Responsible for the entire operation,staffing and equipment of the Security Department.
負責整個保安部的運作、員工及設備。
2)? Supervise all staff within the Department,and assist them in preparing work Schedules.??
監督本部門內所有員工,同時幫助他們制定工作計劃。
3)Conform to and enforce policies, procedures, rules, and regulations as laid
down by??GREENLAND?and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest?service.
遵守并執行由綠地集團或酒店制定的各項規章制度,從而實現最佳一致性和最高服務水平。
4)? Check security hidden troubles in the hotel and request the correlative department to rectify in time.?
檢查整個酒店的安全隱患,并要求及時整改隱患。
5)? Performs special duties as required by General Manager。
完成總經理交與的任務。
6)? Prepare weekly staffing schedules, monitoring staff attendance and assist in planning work schedules.
制定員工每周工作計劃,監督員工出勤情況并且協助制定工作計劃。
7)? Maintain a Hotel logbook on incidents,complaints etc. and refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action.
保存酒店突發事件及客人投訴等的記錄,若有必要,提交有關部門采取行動。
8)? Prepare various monthly reports as required by General Manager.
按照總經理的要求準備各類月度報告。
9)? Conduct regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the Department as a whole, explaining new directions and policies and procedures at the same time.???????
主持例行會議,回顧本部門的工作情況并提出調整和改善的意見,同時闡明新的方針政策規定。
10)Prepare the annual capital and operating budgets for the Department in conjunction with General Manager and ensure departmental expenditure is kept within budget by presenting the P & L for the Department to General Manager on a monthly basis.
協同總經理制定本部門的年度資金及管理預算,同時每月向總經理提交本部門損益表,以確保所有部門開支都在預算之內。
11)Be aware of the Security policies and procedures of the Hotel, and ensure that at all times in all areas of the Hotel that they are being strictly adhered to.
掌握酒店安全政策和規程,并保證在酒店的任何地點、任何時間嚴格遵守。
12)Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and your Departments responsibility in an emergency.
掌握消防服務及應急程序,以及本部門在緊急情況下應承擔的責任。
13)Organize staff training termly, conduct fire control and anti-explosion drills.
定期組織員工培訓,進行消防、防爆演練。
14)To handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients, customers and guests of the Hotel.
有效地處理解決所有客人的質疑和投訴,并與酒店所有的賓客建立友好關系。
15)Through close supervision recommend improvements and changes to the operation
of the department, especially concerning creating better service standards,increasing revenue and reducing costs.
通過嚴格的管理提高和改進本部門的工作,特別是提高服務水平,增加收入降低成本。
