Bar Supervisor酒吧主管
Job Descriptions崗位描述：
1、Assist the department leader in the daily operation of the bar；
協(xié)助部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)負(fù)責(zé)酒吧的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)工作;
2、Establish and improve the bar's various management systems and working standards;
建立、健全酒吧的各項(xiàng)管理制度和工作規(guī)范；
3、Make reasonable suggestions for the operation of the bar;
為酒吧的運(yùn)作提出合理化建議；
4、Organize and complete various business plans of the bar;
組織完成酒吧各項(xiàng)經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃；
5、Check the operation situation, supervise and implement the rules and regulations and work norms, find problems to solve in time;
檢查運(yùn)營(yíng)情況，督導(dǎo)、落實(shí)各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度和工作規(guī)范，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)予以解決；
6、Supervise staff to maintain all facilities and equipment in the club;?
督促員工做好會(huì)所所有設(shè)施設(shè)備的日常保養(yǎng)；
7、Review the application of various items, and control the cost;
審核各種物品的申領(lǐng)，并控制成本；
8、Conduct training to improve staff's quality and work skills; Deal with customers' complaints and suggestions to the bar in time and improve service continuously；
實(shí)施培訓(xùn)，提高員工自身素質(zhì)和工作技能；及時(shí)處理客訴、了解客人對(duì)酒吧的建議，不斷改進(jìn)服務(wù)；
9、Assist leader to complete other daily work.
協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)完成其他日常工作。
Job Requirements 任職要求：
?1、Knowledge of drinks;
了解酒水相關(guān)知識(shí)；
2、Familiar with high-end bar operation management and service standards and workflow;
熟悉高端酒吧運(yùn)營(yíng)管理和服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及工作流程；
3、Have a high ability to deal with emergencies and customer communication ability;
有較高的處理突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)變能力及對(duì)客溝通能力；
4、Love service work, work steadfast, serious, have a strong sense of enterprise and responsibility.
