崗位職責/職位描述
【崗位職責】
1、全面負責人力資源部門的日常管理工作,制定并執行人力資源戰略規劃
?Oversee daily operations of the HR department and develop/execute strategic HR plans
2、負責招聘、培訓、績效、薪酬、員工關系等模塊的體系建設與優化
?Establish and optimize systems for recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations?
3、根據酒店業務發展需求,制定年度招聘計劃并組織實施
Formulate annual hiring plans aligned with hotel business growth and implement them
4、完善酒店人力資源管理制度及流程,確保符合勞動法規要求
Refine HR management systems and processes to ensure compliance with labor regulations?
5、統籌員工培訓發展體系,提升員工專業素質與服務能力
Coordinate employee training programs to enhance professional skills and service capabilities
6、處理員工關系事務,協調解決勞動糾紛及突發事件
?Manage employee relations, mediate labor disputes, and handle emergencies
【崗位要求】
1、本科及以上學歷,人力資源管理、工商管理等相關專業
?Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
2、5年以上人力資源管理工作經驗,3年以上酒店行業同崗位經驗
?At least 5 years of HR management experience, with 3+ years in hotel industry roles
3、熟悉勞動法及相關法律法規,具備勞動風險防范能力
Proficient in labor laws and risk mitigation strategies
4、具備優秀的組織協調能力和團隊管理能力
Strong organizational coordination and team management skills
5、具有良好的職業素養和抗壓能力,能適應酒店行業工作節奏
Strong professional ethics and stress resilience to adapt to fast-paced hotel environments?
6、年齡25-45歲,條件優秀者可適當放寬
