崗位職責(zé):
1.To administer the day to day operations of the restaurant outlet in such a manner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction, associate welfare, and profit margins.負(fù)責(zé)餐廳每天的運(yùn)營(yíng),努力降低成本、提高收入、特別是要使顧客滿意、員工滿意和使利潤(rùn)最大化。
.Be aware of competitors in the market & complete a competition analysis on a quarterly basis.通過回顧和預(yù)測(cè)的方法,準(zhǔn)備部門的年度預(yù)算。
3.Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.精確預(yù)計(jì)生意情況并有效安排員工和食品。
4.To ensure have the efficient scheduling of management & associates.確保有效的安排所有人員的排班表。
5.Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.確保運(yùn)營(yíng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)周期性的回顧和更新。
6.Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.始終保持部門的安全和衛(wèi)生隨時(shí)達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
7.Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property & facilities.負(fù)責(zé)部門固定資產(chǎn)的管理。
8.Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.做好每月預(yù)防性的檢查工作。
9.To be an example to lead staffs getting success indeed.要成為員工的榜樣、深入到員工之中去引導(dǎo)員工取得成功。
10.Assist Chef to compile the regular and promotional menus in a costly manner.協(xié)助總廚進(jìn)行日常菜單和增進(jìn)菜單的編寫。
崗位要求:
1.Minimum 3 years working experience in restaurant with a sizeable organizational capability.至少3年的相似工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有一定的組織能力。
