職位描述

MAJOR FUNCTIONS 主要職能

1. Block and coordinate guestroom assignments to maximize room revenue and efficiencies based on arrival and departure patterns and special requests. 根據(jù)酒店入住及離店情況和特殊要求預(yù)分和調(diào)整房間安排,以達(dá)到酒店房間收入大化和利用率。
2. Responsible of hotel room inventories; group room blocking; VIP/ Repeat /Mobile Check-in guest room blocking. 負(fù)責(zé)酒店房間量控制;分配團(tuán)隊(duì)房間;VIP/回頭客/手機(jī)入住房間的分配。
3. Serving guests at front desk while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner by following Marriott Standards of aggressive hospitality and adhering to guidelines and procedures. 依據(jù)萬(wàn)豪殷勤待客的服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和工作指導(dǎo)在前臺(tái)向客人提供高水準(zhǔn)的,高效的,禮貌的,專業(yè)的服務(wù)。

SPECIFIC DUTIES 具體職責(zé)

1.Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information, protect the privacy and security of guests and co-workers, and protect company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures. 重視相關(guān)信息的保密工作,保護(hù)客人和同事的隱私、安全;保護(hù)酒店的工具、設(shè)備、機(jī)器或者其他政策條款應(yīng)注意事項(xiàng)。
2.Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service. 幫助其它同事以便提供快捷、恰當(dāng)?shù)姆?wù)給客人。
3. Assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possible. 在房間允許的情況下,根據(jù)客人的要求和喜好排房。
4.Prepare for Mobile Check-in and check-out experience as required 根據(jù)要求安排手機(jī)入住退房服務(wù)。
5.Accommodate requests for room changes when possible. 條件允許的情況下為客人更換房間。
6.Interact with housekeeping regarding VIP arrivals and expediting rooms. 與客房部配合關(guān)于VIP的到達(dá)及迅速打掃房間。
7. Check and verify reasons for all maintenance rooms. 檢查并核對(duì)所有維修房間的原因。
8.Pre-block special requests, packages, VIP levels, suites, Elite Member guests. Ensure that all guaranteed room types and special requests are met. 按照特殊要求,包價(jià),VIP,會(huì)員級(jí)別,套房為客人預(yù)留房間。確保所有擔(dān)保房間和特殊要求的得到滿足。
9. Keep track of changes in room status (e.g., early check-out, late check-out, room transfer) for Housekeeping. 及時(shí)記錄房間狀態(tài)信息并告知客房部(例如:提前離店、延遲退房、換房)。
10.Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in and to report guest concerns. 同客房部協(xié)調(diào)溝通可供入住的房間信息,并告知客人的喜好。
11.Review out-of-order rooms daily to determine status and estimated date for return to room inventory. 每日檢查非可賣房信息并再次確認(rèn)狀態(tài),并預(yù)計(jì)恢復(fù)正常房態(tài)的時(shí)間。
12.Handle due-out room and review requests for late check-outs and approve according to occupancy. 跟進(jìn)預(yù)退房間根據(jù)當(dāng)日入住率決定延遲退房時(shí)間。
13.Review Marsha, PMS report and accommodate guests’ request accordingly. 根據(jù)客人的要求,預(yù)覽、調(diào)整相應(yīng)的Masha預(yù)定信息、Opera系統(tǒng)報(bào)表。
14.Ensure rates match market codes and that any exceptions are documented and include an explanation. 確保房?jī)r(jià)和市場(chǎng)代碼一致,并確保所有的免責(zé)條款都有相應(yīng)的文件解釋。
