MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能
To assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations of the restaurant in such a manner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction, associate welfare, and profit margins.協助經理負責餐廳每天的運營,努力降低成本、提高收入、特別是要使顧客滿意、員工滿意和使利潤增高。

SPECIFIC DUTIES 具體職責

OPERATIONS 運營
1.Assist in the preparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities. 通過的回顧歷史記錄和預測的方法協助準備部門年度預算,有助于發展部門收入的預算目標。
2.Assistant in accurately forecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.

3.Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Marriott S.O.P.’s & Property L.S.O.P.’s.確保了解并執行萬豪的SOP和酒店的LSOP原則。
4.Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated. 確保運營標準的周期性回顧與更新。
5.Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times. 始終確保部門的安全和衛生標準。
6.Enforce Marriott’s 49-points sanitation checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis. 執行萬豪的49條衛生標準,每月對部門進行檢查。
7.Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities. 負責本部門的所有固定資產和流動資產。
8.Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a weekly basis. 做好每月預防性的維修檢查。
9.Enforce Marriott’s Principles of Hospitality at all times. 始終貫徹萬豪熱情好客的原則。
10.To be an example to motivate associates get success. 要成為員工的榜樣、深入到員工之中去引導員工取得成功。

ADMINISTRATIVE 行政
1. Prepare efficient duty roster for management and associates. 編定有效的部門排班表。
2. Be responsible for all accounting and billing procedures in the outlets. 負責所有財務的程序在本部門得到執行。
3. Be responsible for the accurate supervision of the associate time control and payroll systems by working with Accounting and HRD. 通過與會計和人力資源部的工作,確保員工工作時間和薪水準確無誤。
4.Assist in planning outside associates’ activity to promote teamwork.

5. Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation. 通過坦率的交流與合作促進部門內部的關系。
