職位描述

【崗位職責】

1、Responsible for formulating and implementing the overall sales strategy of the hotel, achieving annual sales targets and profit objectives;

負責制定并執行酒店整體銷售戰略,完成年度銷售目標及利潤指標;

2、Lead the sales team, develop and maintain high-end client resources, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and conference groups;

領導銷售團隊,開發并維護高端客戶資源,包括企業客戶、旅行社、會議團隊等;

3、Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to develop differentiated sales strategies and enhance the hotel's market share;

分析市場趨勢及競爭對手動態,制定差異化銷售策略,提升酒店市場份額;

4、Oversee the sales budget, optimize sales costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization;

統籌管理銷售預算,優化銷售成本,確保資源高效利用;

5、Coordinate collaboration with departments such as Marketing and Operations to facilitate the implementation of cross-departmental sales projects;

協調與市場部、運營部等部門的合作,推動跨部門銷售項目的落地;

6、Regularly submit sales reports and performance analyses to provide decision-making support for management;

定期提交銷售報告及業績分析,為管理層提供決策支持;

7、Participate in industry exhibitions, client negotiations, and other business activities to enhance the hotel brand's influence.

【崗位要求】

1、Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in Marketing, Hotel Management, or related fields preferred;

本科及以上學歷,市場營銷、酒店管理或相關專業優先;

2、3 years of sales management experience in high-end hotels or resorts, with team leadership experience preferred;

3年以上高端酒店或度假村銷售管理經驗,有團隊領導經驗者優先;

3、Possess outstanding market insight and customer development capabilities, with familiarity in the sales process of the hotel industry;

具備出色的市場洞察力及客戶開發能力,熟悉酒店行業銷售流程;

4、Excellent negotiation skills and business development capabilities, capable of independently completing major client contracts;

優秀的談判技巧及商務拓展能力,能獨立完成大客戶簽約;

5、Proficient in using CRM systems and office software, with data analysis capabilities;

熟練使用CRM系統及辦公軟件,具備數據分析能力;

6、Strong stress resistance, capable of adapting to fast-paced work environments, and willing to accept necessary business travel arrangements;

抗壓能力強,適應快節奏工作環境,能接受必要的出差安排;
