1、Responsible for the daily operational management of hotel guest floors, ensuring that room cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality meet hotel standards;
負(fù)責(zé)酒店客房樓層的日常運營管理,確??头壳鍧?、維護和服務(wù)質(zhì)量符合酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn);?
2、Supervise and guide the work of housekeeping staff, assign tasks, and check their completion to ensure an efficient and orderly room service process;
監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)客房服務(wù)員的工作,分配任務(wù)并檢查完成情況,確保高效、有序的客房服務(wù)流程;?
3、Regularly inspect the cleanliness and condition of guest rooms and public areas, promptly identifying and resolving any issues;
定期檢查客房及公共區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生、設(shè)施狀況,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決存在的問題;?
4、Assist in handling guest complaints and special requests, providing timely and thoughtful solutions to enhance customer satisfaction;
協(xié)助處理客人的投訴和特殊需求,提供及時、周到的解決方案,提升客戶滿意度;?
5、Responsible for the management of floor supplies, including cleaning materials, linens, etc., ensuring adequate inventory and proper usage;
負(fù)責(zé)樓層物資的管理,包括清潔用品、布草等,確保庫存充足且使用合理;?
6、Provide job training for new employees to ensure they master the workflow and service standards;
對新員工進行崗位培訓(xùn),確保其掌握工作流程和服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);?
7、Maintain effective communication with other departments (such as front office, engineering, security, etc.) and coordinate the resolution of cross-departmental issues.
與其他部門(如前廳、工程、安保等)保持良好溝通,協(xié)調(diào)解決跨部門問題。
