1.Complete and carry out instructions givenby the Director of Security and Asst. Security Manager.

2.Supervise and coach the Security talent.
督導安保員的工作。
3.Responsible for conducting training forthe Security talent. Training On-the-Job and schedule training after workinghours.
對安保員進行崗位知識培訓,并負責安保員八小時工作以外的訓練和學習。
4.Make log book record entries of allmatters.
直接帶班上崗并完成每天詳細工作記錄。
5.Handle any incidents or events that mightoccur while on duty and submit written report after investigating to SecurityManager before final submission to General Manager.
處理當班時的突發事件和一般事件,對事件進行調查并完成事件報告。
6.Conduct inspection of the entire apartmentat least twice per shift. Report on any discovery by recording the time anddetails of the matter.
每班次至少巡查全酒店區域兩遍,及時發現事故苗頭,詳細紀錄所發現的安全隱患情況。
7.Give suggestions for work improvement onpossible fire hazards and how to avoid break-in, etc.
對存在的火災、治安隱患提出整改建議。
8.Assist Security Manager to monitor andsubmit work performance of all Security personnel.
定期對安保員進行工作表現評估,及時將安保員的思想動態上報安保部。
