帶領工程部全體人才認真執行酒店《人才守則》及有關規章制度,執行總工程師指示,按時完成總工程師交辦的各項工作任務。
2.? ? ? ? Assist the?Chief Engineer to work out yearly budget and preventive maintenance
schedule. Take the responsibility to control daily repairing work and preventive maintenance work.
協助總工程師編制全年費用預算和全年維修保養計劃,并且全面負責抓好酒店應急維修與設備預防性維護工作。
3.? ? ? ? Assist the?Chief Engineer to draft and implement engineering policy and procedure.
協助總工程師起草各種規章制度、政策程序、操作規程、維護規程,并抓好落實工作。
4.? ? ? ? To take the responsibility of hotel equipment operation and maintenance, arrange?renovation and manage engineering talent.
負責酒店設備設施的運行、維護、工程的組織和實施,人員的選配和管理。
5.? ? ? ? Assist the?Chief Engineer to review departmental training plan, arrange and conduct training courses, make assessment and measures results to improve talent professional skill, service awareness and management skill.
協助總工程師制定部門培訓計劃,組織本部門技術人員、管理人員進行培訓,培訓骨干技術隊伍,并要進行考核,定期對所屬人才進行業務技能、服務意識、基本素質的培訓教育,不斷提高服務技術與管理水平。
6.? ? ? ? Walk around and check all talent's working performance, if there is something break the departmental procedure need to correct in time. Check the operation of major equipment and handle breakdown in time.
巡查本部門崗位,重點檢查勞動紀律和工作狀況,糾正違紀和違章現象,巡查重點設備的技術狀況,到現場與有關工程師共同分析隱患或故障,組織力量及時處理,巡查重要的維修和改造工作,到現場重點檢查工作質量和進度,巡查公共場所的設備設施,發現問題及時組織力量解決。
7.? ? ? ? Check equipment operation and maintenance progress, stank by around the concerned area and assist in difficult repairs in case of incident.
督促、檢查酒店設備、設施的正常運轉和維護保養工作。重大事故應親自盯在現場,指導解決。
8.? ? ? ? Assist the?Chief Engineer to carry out energy saving plan.
配合總工程師抓好酒店的能源計劃、節能措施的實施,檢查、督促班組的落實情況。
9.? ? ? ? Participate with the negotiation about new project and check the quality to ensure the construction is carried out as standard.
參加新增項目的談判、評審、報價及驗收,確保質量達到預定的標準。
10.? ? ? To assist the?Chief Engineer to handle guests complains and assist to solve other?problems within engineering department.
協助總工程師負責處理工程部業務范圍內發生的問題,處理客人對工程維修工作的投訴。
