Determines operational policies snd standards on all Chinese restaurant matters of hotel level.To ensure that the restaurant can go to the budget targets .Ensures top quality food and service to have complete guests’ satisfaction

Assist with the development of Standards & Procedures, in keeping with the hotel policies and procedures
協(xié)助按照飯店的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序制定服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)則
Ensure all the staff to carry out the task according to the S&P
確保員工按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與程序完成任務(wù)
Conduct daily pre meal meeting with Dinning Room associates to keep them informed of updates, new directions, policies and procedures and daily menu items
