崗位職責/職位描述
Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of WeChat official account, Tiktok account, live broadcast with goods, Xiaohongshu and other self media platforms of the hotel, provide overall brand communication and marketing services for the company, efficiently produce hot video content that young people like, and improve users' attention and stickiness
負責酒店微信公眾號、抖音號、直播帶貨、小紅書等自媒體的平臺日常運營和維護工作，為公司整體品牌傳播和營銷服務(wù)，高效產(chǎn)出年輕人喜歡的熱點視頻內(nèi)容，提高用戶的關(guān)注度和粘性；
Absorb, master and update the products, services, culture and other valuable knowledge of the hotel in real time, combine with the current hot spots, transform them into real-time adjustment and update the promotion contents such as wechat and small video for different users, and spread them in different ways
吸收掌握并實時更新酒店的產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)、文化及其他有價值的知識，結(jié)合時下的熱點，把其轉(zhuǎn)化成針對不同用戶實時調(diào)整和更新微信、小視頻等推廣內(nèi)容，并利用不同的方式傳播
Track the promotion effect of new media platform, analyze data and feedback, summarize experience, establish effective operation means, improve user activity and increase the number of fans;
