職位:前臺主管 Front Desk Supervisor
崗位職責/職位描述
Ensure promptly and a smoothly guest c/I and c/o at Front Desk all the times.
任何時候都確保快捷順暢的客人入住和退房手續。
Ensures that all staff provide courteous and professional service at all times;
確保任何時候都為所有客人提供禮貌和職業的服務。
Responsible for correct registration procedure; registration card, room allocation, credit policy, etc.
負責核對登記程序、登記卡、客房分配和信用卡政策等。
Responsible for correct handling of cash and cheques, credit cards, foreign currencies, vouchers, invoices and pending bill.
負責核對現金和支票、信用卡、外幣、憑券、發票和未決賬單的辦理。
Responsible for correct handling of safe deposit boxes for in house guest.
負責核對住店客人保險箱的辦理。
Ensure show room key assigned and keys works with GRO.
負責展示房鑰匙的分配以及同賓客關系員工的協作。
Double checks group accounts daily for accuracy, and ensures that these are always up-to-date.
每天反復檢查團隊賬目的的準確,確保賬目的實時更新。
Assist in resolving accounting matters; disputes, missing back-ups, etc
負責解決賬務、爭議和底單遺失等事宜。
Coordinates with Guest Relations regarding in-room check-in of guests.
協助賓客關系部給客人在房間辦理入住手續。
Transacts foreign exchange and paid out request at the Front Desk.
在前臺為客人辦理外匯和提現請求。
Coordinates with the Concierge whenever necessary
任何必要的時候,和禮賓部保持協調。
Ensures that entries in every registration are properly encoded in the computer system.
確保將每個登記正確的錄入電腦系統。
Reviews arrival information on a daily basis; VIP, Groups, Tenant &special requests, etc. Follows up with Housekeeping and Room Service, develop rapport to offer personalized service and assistance
回顧每日到店的重要客人、團隊、租客和特殊要求等信息。跟進客房部和客房服務部,為客人提供人性化的服務和幫助。
Oversees room allocations to ensure that guest requests are met while ensuring both guest satisfaction and optimum rooms’ revenue
檢查排房情況,確保滿足客人的要求,同時確保客人的滿意和酒店收入的最大化。
