1、Prepare sales plan for the market under your own management according to the overall marketing strategy of the Department
根據部門總體市場策略編制自己分管的市場的銷售計劃。
2、The major customers in this market should be familiar with their basic situation, pay close attention to their changes at any time and make timely responses
對本市場中的客源大戶要熟悉他們的基本情況，隨時關注其變化并適時做出應對。
3、Organize our team members to develop new markets
組織本組組員對新市場進行開發。
4、Manage and develop your own customers
管理開發好自己的客戶。
5、Be responsible for organizing the approval and implementation of sales plan and supervising it
負責組織銷售計劃的審定及落實，并進行督查。
6、Grasp the daily sales reception activities of each salesperson and review the sales record card
掌握每位銷售人員每日銷售接待活動，并審核銷售記錄卡。
7、Assist department managers to establish and upgrade customers in this market, and maintain the integrity of customer files
協助部門經理做好本市場客戶的建立及升級管理工作，保持客戶檔案的完整。
