Job Summary崗位概述:
Manages the Human Resources function of the Hotel by developing the strategy aligned to the hotel’s mission, goals and objectives. Promotes the desired work culture around the ?Hotel.
Establish and implement annual objectives for the Human Resources Department. Establish, maintain and ensure adherence to all personnel-related policies and procedures. Manage department strategic planning and development. Prepare and manage Hotel Manning budget and operational budget. Develop, direct and oversee overall hotel recruitment and hiring activities strategies for all Expat and National Expat positions. Direct and coordinate human resources activities to hire, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel all staffs. Maintain and administer employment, salary, benefit and incentive programs. Supervise quality services in Cafeteria, locker room, and every area that services the internal customer. Conduct salary/benefit surveys of the local market and recommend enhancements of the hotel’s compensation plan. Assist GM to build up melodious and harmonious communication atmosphere in the hotel.

Major Duties & Responsibilities職責義務
1.????? MANAGEMENT RESPONSABILITIES管理職責
a)????? Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General Manager to assist in meeting strategic goals of the establishment.

b)????? Participate in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies for the establishment. Develop and administer Corporate and Hotel Human Resource Policies.

c)????? Liaise with Division/Department Heads and make recommendations regarding Human Resource issues.
與區域/部門領導緊密合作,對人力資源相關問題提出建議。
d)????? Liaise with the Executive Committee, regarding potential opportunities and threats so as to be pro-active in addressing changes in the Hotel’s environment.

e)????? Participate in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans.

k)????? Oversee effective workplace injury management, ensuring rapid return to work programs are in place for all associates.

a)????? Prepares the Human Resource Division budget.

b)????? Controls and analyses, on an on-going basis, HR Division costs to ensure performance against budget.

a)????? Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same.

紫云玄清是金壇茅山旅游度假區首家以“維持生態、恢復生態”為規劃建設前提,打造環境優先,山水交融,注重建筑空間與茅山自然生態景觀相互交融、和諧共生的低密度五星級標準度假酒店。該項目位于江蘇省金壇茅山旅游度假區北部核心片區,西臨茅山頤園,北接金茅公路,占地1825畝,建設用地面積約216.08畝,建筑面積3.1萬平方米,由常州紫云湖旅游開發有限公司投資建設,總投資超10億元。項目以“生態游憩、休閑度假、文化體驗”為功能定位,突出山水交融的自然特色,主要呈現“一核、二帶、七區”空間布局和“同心圓式”綠化結構。其中“一核”為湖心酒店;“二帶”為入口瀑布景觀帶、濕地景觀帶;“七區”為入口區、會議綜合區、書畫院、酒店配套區、森林生態區、濕地果園、保育生態區;“同心圓式”型綠化由林地、濕地、水系、島嶼、庭院構成。項目將按五星級標準打造高端度假型酒店,建有宴會中心、湖濱酒店、書畫院、養生館和客房區等,客房總數約80間,建成后擬由日本酒店運營公司運營。目前酒店主體建筑已完成,內裝硬裝施工接近尾聲,軟裝及室內家具陳設即將入場,預計2024年5月對外運營。
