Fully responsible for the hotel's operation and management, formulate medium and development strategy and annual business plan all the time, and coordinate resources to achieve annual business objectives.

According to the group's profit index, make the operating budget of the hotel, guide the financial department to do the cost control, financial budget and other work, check and analyze the monthly business situation.

Responsible for the establishment of the hotel management system and improve the related rules and regulations. Hold regular hotel management meeting and guide the specific work of each department according to group development strategy.

To master the methods and procedures for controlling and handling various emergencies, and properly handle various emergent incidents;

Organization established hotel training system, training and construction of the hotel talent echelon, the introduction of domestic and international famous brands of high-end professional talents for hotel, raise the entire hotel service quality and staff quality.

Promote the brand and value publicity measures, be responsible for the public relations between the hotel and people from all walks of life, and establish the hotel image.

推動品牌和價值宣傳措施,負責做好酒店與各界人士的公共關系,樹立酒店形象。

1.??? MANAGEMENT RESPONSABILITIES 管理職責

·????????Be assigned to other duties in the hotel as andwhen required by business levels. 執行根據業務級別的要求,分配到酒店的其他工作或職責。

·????????Be required to comply with every reasonable requestfrom their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes tocomply under normal circumstances. 在日常的工作中,及時完成來自上級主管的每一個合理的要求。

·????????Be responsible to marketing development, humanresource development and financial and accounting result. 全面負責酒店的市場拓展、人力資源開發和計劃財務工作。

·????????Research and know market & developmentsituation; draft market development plan and rate gird; give staggered focusinstruction to work and put it into practice. 研究并掌握市場的變化和發展情況,制定市場拓展計劃和價格體系,適時提出階段性工作重點,并指揮實施。

2.??? ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES 行政職責

·????????Set up & perfect all regulation and disciplinesmatter; establish & enrich hotel inside organization; harmonize everydepartment’s relationship and establish reasonable & efficient operationsystem. 主持制定和完善酒店各項規章制度,建立健全內部組織系統,協調各部門關系,建立內部合理而有效的運行機制。

·????????Hold morning briefing meeting on daily basis,management meeting monthly. 主持召開每日晨會、每月召開酒店管理層會議。

·????????Monthly report to Management Co. & Owner Co.;and ensure completion of tasks which are given by Management Co. & Owner Co.每月向管理公司及業主公司匯報經營管理工作,完成管理公司及業主公司交給的各項任務。

3.??? COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 商業職責

·????????Draft the hotel monthly, quarterly and yearlyoperation plan, development layout and running guide; frame hotel businessgoals and put it in practice. 確立酒店的經營計劃(月、季、年)、發展規劃及經營方針,制定酒店的經營管理目標,并指揮實施。

·????????Research and know market & developmentsituation; draft market development plan and rate gird; give staggered focusinstruction to work and put it into practice. 研究并掌握市場的變化和發展情況,制定市場拓展計劃和價格體系,適時提出階段性工作重點,并指揮實施。

·????????Ensure the hotel is maintaining records of goodsordered and received. 確保酒店保存物品訂貨及送貨報告。

·????????Monitoring and managing of purchasing anddepartmental budget. 監督管理采購及部門預算。·????????

Reviewing purchase order claims and contracts forconformance to company policy. 根據公司政策審核采購需求及合同。

·????????Directing the purchasing department and analyzingmarket trends in order to assess present and future materials availability. 指導采購部門,并分析市場趨勢,衡量今后的物料供應情況。

·????????Developing and implementing purchasing, andcontract management instructions, policies, and procedures. 制定和實施采購和合同管理指示、政策和程序。

·????????Directing in the development of specifications forequipment, products or substitute materials. 指導制定設備、產品或替代材料的規范。

·????????Representing the hotel in negotiating contracts andformulating policies with suppliers. 代表酒店進行合同談判,規范供應商政策。

·????????Reviewing, evaluating, and approving specificationsfor issuing and awarding bids. 審核、評估及批準招投標明細。

4.??? HUMANRESPONSIBILITIES 人事職責

·????????Be responsible for middle –level manager’s promotion, foster & using; andsupervise hotel training work.? 負責中層以上管理人員的選拔、培養和任用、督導酒店的培訓工作。

·????????Launch and encourage employees to give suggestionin order to improve management result; consider staffs’life and improve employees’ work condition.? 發動廣大員工群策群力、搞好管理工作;關心員工生活,不斷改善員工工作條件。

·????????Use safe manual handling techniques and practice safe work habitsfollowing the hotel’sHealth, Safety and Environment policies, maintain procedures to minimize ourimpact on the environment and prevent pollution.? 按照酒店的健康、安全和環保政策,使用安全手動操作技術,養成安全的工作習慣,維護程序,最大限度地減少對環境的污染和影響。

·????????Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual propertyand data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to hotel Internet andEmail policy.? 確保保密性和所有有關酒店的數據(軟件和硬件)的安全。遵守酒店網絡和郵件條例。

·????????Ensure Hotel, Customer and Employee information or transactions are keptconfidential during or after employment with the company.? 確保在員工在職或離職后對酒店、客人和員工信息或者其它的相關信息做好保密工作。

紫云玄清是金壇茅山旅游度假區首家以“維持生態、恢復生態”為規劃建設前提,打造環境優先,山水交融,注重建筑空間與茅山自然生態景觀相互交融、和諧共生的低密度五星級標準度假酒店。該項目位于江蘇省金壇茅山旅游度假區北部核心片區,西臨茅山頤園,北接金茅公路,占地1825畝,建設用地面積約216.08畝,建筑面積3.1萬平方米,由常州紫云湖旅游開發有限公司投資建設,總投資超10億元。項目以“生態游憩、休閑度假、文化體驗”為功能定位,突出山水交融的自然特色,主要呈現“一核、二帶、七區”空間布局和“同心圓式”綠化結構。其中“一核”為湖心酒店;“二帶”為入口瀑布景觀帶、濕地景觀帶;“七區”為入口區、會議綜合區、書畫院、酒店配套區、森林生態區、濕地果園、保育生態區;“同心圓式”型綠化由林地、濕地、水系、島嶼、庭院構成。項目將按五星級標準打造高端度假型酒店,建有宴會中心、湖濱酒店、書畫院、養生館和客房區等,客房總數約80間,建成后擬由日本酒店運營公司運營。目前酒店主體建筑已完成,內裝硬裝施工接近尾聲,軟裝及室內家具陳設即將入場,預計2024年5月對外運營。
