崗位職責/職位描述

1. 合理調配下屬人員,負責組織制定總機房、商務中心的規章制度,控制服務質量。 Allocate subordinate staff reasonably, be responsible for organizing and formulating the rules and regulations of the switchboard room and business center, and control service quality.



2.及時傳達和更新酒店的重要信息資料,檢查下屬員工遵守外事紀律、電訊保密制度和酒店各項規章制度。Timely convey and update important hotel information, and check that subordinate employees comply with foreign affairs discipline, telecommunications confidentiality system, and various hotel rules and regulations.



3.督導員工愛護機器設備,定期同工程部聯系檢查電話機線路和有關設備的運行情況,及時保養和維修設備并保存記錄。 Supervise employees to take care of machinery and equipment, regularly contact the engineering department to check telephone lines and the operation status of relevant equipment, carry out timely maintenance and repairs, and keep records.

4.了解市話、國內長途、國際長途商業網的結構、性能、操作方法、業務程序和收費標準。掌握國內常用電話號碼、區位號碼,了解電話分機線路分布和話機系統的維修保養知識。Understand the structure, performance, operating methods, business procedures, and charging standards of local, domestic long-distance, and international commercial networks. Master commonly used domestic phone numbers, area codes, and understand the distribution of extension lines and the maintenance knowledge of telephone systems.



5.對總機房員工轉接有困難以及重要客人的電話,親自負責處理,提供準確高效的服務。Personally handle calls that are difficult for switchboard employees to transfer and calls from important guests, providing accurate and efficient service.



6.配合前廳部的日常運營、運作。Assist with the daily operations and functions of the front office department.


7.對酒店發生意外事故、火警、盜竊、急病等事故按規定程序通知相關部門。In case of accidents, fire alarms, theft, sudden illness, or other emergencies in the hotel, notify the relevant departments according to the prescribed procedures.
