崗位職責(zé)/職位描述

崗位職責(zé)
1、負(fù)責(zé)酒店餐飲銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)管理工作,制定并執(zhí)行團(tuán)隊(duì)銷售策略,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成月度、季度及年度銷售目標(biāo);Responsible for managing the hotel’s F&B sales team, formulating and implementing team sales strategies, and leading the team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

2、開(kāi)發(fā)并維護(hù)企業(yè)客戶、旅行社、OTA平臺(tái)等客戶資源,建立長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系,統(tǒng)籌大客戶對(duì)接;Develop and maintain customer resources including corporate clients, travel agencies and OTA platforms, build long-term stable cooperative relationships, and coordinate key account management.

3、定期帶隊(duì)拜訪客戶,挖掘客戶需求,提供定制化餐飲解決方案,提升客戶滿意度與忠誠(chéng)度;Lead regular client visits, identify customer needs, provide customized F&B solutions, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4、協(xié)調(diào)餐飲部、宴會(huì)部、市場(chǎng)部等跨部門合作,確保銷售訂單與宴會(huì)活動(dòng)順利執(zhí)行;Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration with F&B, Banquet, Marketing and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and events.

5、參與酒店餐飲促銷活動(dòng)的策劃與執(zhí)行,統(tǒng)籌團(tuán)隊(duì)落地,提高餐廳及宴會(huì)營(yíng)收;Participate in the planning and execution of F&B promotion activities, lead the team to implement, and increase restaurant and banquet revenue.

6、統(tǒng)籌處理客戶投訴及反饋,協(xié)調(diào)解決服務(wù)與執(zhí)行問(wèn)題,保障客戶體驗(yàn);Oversee customer complaints and feedback, coordinate problem resolution to ensure positive customer experience.


崗位要求
1、具備較強(qiáng)的銷售能力和市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓意識(shí),2年以上星級(jí)酒店餐飲銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)Strong sales ability and market development awareness, with 2+ year?of F&B sales experience in star-rated hotels.

2、優(yōu)秀的溝通與談判技巧,能帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)與客戶建立良好合作關(guān)系;Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to lead the team to build good customer relationships; local client resources are preferred.

3、具備團(tuán)隊(duì)管理與協(xié)作精神,能高效統(tǒng)籌跨部門配合,抗壓能力強(qiáng);Strong team management and collaboration skills, able to coordinate cross-departmental work efficiently and work under pressure.

4、熟悉酒店餐飲行業(yè)及銷售流程,了解市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài),能制定并執(zhí)行團(tuán)隊(duì)銷售計(jì)劃;Familiar with the hotel F&B industry and sales processes, understand market dynamics, and capable of developing and executing team sales plans.

5、普通話流利,具備基礎(chǔ)英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫能力優(yōu)先,熟練使用辦公軟件。Fluent in Mandarin, basic English skills are preferred, proficient in using office software.
