5.Performs duties common to all waiters and other duties as may be assigned.

6.Reports records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment to Superiors.
向上級(jí)報(bào)告的銷售記錄,客人投拆、解決辦法及所涉及的人員或設(shè)備。
7.Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding beverage and services.
關(guān)注客人關(guān)于飲料和服務(wù)的投訴,請(qǐng)求或詢問(wèn)。
8. Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks, discusses the same with the Manager.
保留合理的銷售記錄,在合適的記錄本上記錄客人投訴、解決辦法及所涉及人員或設(shè)備,并與經(jīng)理討論。
