崗位職責/職位描述
1.Takes orders, promotes outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to theestablished standard.
負責下訂單，推銷部門特色菜，按照既定的標準服務(wù)客人。
2.Carry out pre-service duties and mis-en-place.
做好服務(wù)前的崗前職責和準備工作。
3.Ensure grooming and general appearance of Heartists conforms to Hotelstandards.
確保心藝家的儀容儀表符合酒店標準。
4.Ensure adequate supplies of materials, and requisition for generalsupplies.
確保材料供應(yīng)充足，并申請采購所需的物品。
5.Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.
確保所有的設(shè)施和操作設(shè)備處于良好的工作狀態(tài)。
6.Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of restaurant workingareas.
確保餐廳的美觀和維護工作。
7.Carries out assigned duties.
完成分配的任務(wù)。
8.Attention to detail, perfectionist.
注重細節(jié)，追求完美。
9.Takes every opportunity to be a “sales person” and promote specialevents, promotions and facilities.
