To supervise the other guest relations officers and guest relations trainees. To ensure that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction.
To ensure that the above-mentioned areas are working in a professional manner at all times. Responsible for training and development of all related associates, so they are hospitable, outgoing and guest oriented.
監(jiān)管其他客戶關(guān)系主任和客戶關(guān)系實習(xí)生并確保他們遵從酒店的規(guī)章制度，標準流程從而提高客人的滿意度。確保他們本著敬業(yè)的態(tài)度和精神在工作崗位上工作。負責(zé)培訓(xùn)相關(guān)的部門人員，灌輸他們熱情，主動以客人為本的精神。
