Asst.Manager is response to the training and implementation of all departmentregulation, rule, procedure and policy. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the implementation, and make any correcting and rectifying suggestions.
協(xié)助完成部門所有的規(guī)章制度，政策及流程并開展培訓(xùn)。監(jiān)督及評估完成的情況，并進行相應(yīng)的改進及提出整改意見。
Assist Loss Prevention Officer to ensure the safety of guest and associate and their property. Participate in investigation and report in accident & incident if necessary.
In the absence of manager, Asst. Manager may take the entire responsibility,attend daily Executive Meeting, response to any emergency and make decision,etc.
確保每一位防損員明確其保護客人及員工財產(chǎn)安全的職責(zé)。如有必要，參與事故事件的調(diào)查并撰寫報告。部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不在時，擔(dān)負所有的負責(zé)，參加行政會議，處理緊急事件并做出決定等等。
