1.Function as primary support to the Director of Human Resources including activities in planning, organizing and executing activities leading to the training and development of qualified associates.
支持人力資源總監計劃、安排和實施各種活動,以培訓和發展優秀員工。
2.Oversee the day-to-day operations and functions of the Training Department.
組織培訓部日常運作。
3.Prepare annual training plan according to training need analysis of each department and the recommendation from the Leadership Team.
根據部門培訓需求和管理層的要求準備年度培訓計劃。
4.Design, organize and facilitate training activities and programs according to the training plan and monthly training schedule and keep training record.
根據培訓計劃和月度培訓日程,設計、安排和實施培訓并保存培訓記錄。
5.Ensure training facilities and logistics are well prepared and provided.
保證培訓器材和設施完好。
6.Develop and conduct effective orientation programs for new-hired hotel managers and associates.
為新入職員工和經理設計并講授入職培訓。
7.Assess training effectiveness by carry out course evaluation and regular meetings with Leadership Team.
通過對課程的評估及與管理層的定期會議,對培訓效果進行評估。
8.Assist managers in sourcing, obtaining or developing training courses, training aids and materials.
協助經理發掘、獲得和設計培訓課程及培訓資料。
9.Ensure the required training be completed according to set timeline, the number of training hours being completed based on Marriott and hotel requirement and maintain an up-to date training records for all managers and associates.
根據萬豪的標準,保證各崗位必要的培訓按照時間表完成,保證培訓小時數的完成。確保經理和員工的培訓記錄及時更新。
10.Provide advice and assistance to managers and associates on all matters pertaining to training.
為經理和員工培訓提供建議和支持。
11.Attend departmental training and give feedback to trainer.
參加部門培訓并給予反饋。
12.Source and organize training and development program for supervisory and management associates.
為主管和經理開發和安排培訓課程。
13.Co-ordinate the implementation of Corporate Management Training.
協調公司管理培訓。
14.Prepare training assessment report and monthly training report.
準備培訓評估報表和月度培訓報表。
15.Liaise with local and overseas hotel schools in regard to student trainee programs and to evaluate the effectiveness of training program and trainee progress.
與當地或國外酒店管理學校合作,并評估培訓課程和實習生的進展情況。
16.Work with DHR/ADHR on the hotel training programs and learning systems to support workforce planning and career development.
與人力資源總監或人力資源副總監一同開展培訓課程和培訓體系,以支持人力計劃和員工事業發展。
17.Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
