To oversee, assist and coordinate the daily operationof the luxury suites with the butler team. Ensuring all luxury suite occupantsreceive a professional and courteous butler service at all times as per resortstandards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the daily tasks to be carriedout by the butler team.

Carry out briefing with the butler teamdaily informing them of all daily resort information.

組織例會，與管家團隊分享每日酒店內的信息。

Check and assist the butlers in theirdaily tasks and requirements from the luxury suite guest.

檢查并協助管家服務員的每日工作及奢華套房客人的需求。

Oversee all luxury suite reservations,ensuring all data is collected and schedule and brief the butlers responsible forthe individual suite. Ensure all pre-arrival preparations are carried out as perguest preferences.

查看所有奢華套房的預訂，收集好所有數據，做好工作計劃，告知管家服務員需負責的套房。根據客人喜好，確保在客人到店之前做好所有準備工作。

Oversee all luxury suite occupants’ itinerariesensuring the butler team are in control of coordination and assisting with the requirementsin a proper manner as per resort standards.

查看所有奢華套房客人的活動日程，確保管家服務員根據酒店的標準，以恰當的方式協助客人。

Control all suites prior to guest arrivalensuring the suite is prepared as per resort standards.

在客人到店前，根據酒店的標準，先將套房準備好。

Communicate all requests and preferences to other resort departments correctlyand timely.

正確并及時地與酒店其他部門傳達客人所需和喜好。

Prepare all butler schedules andvacation schedules according to resort requirements.

根據酒店需求，制定所有管家服務員的工作計劃以及休假計劃。

Ensure the butler team all attend toduty on time in the correct uniform well groomed.

確保管家部的所有員工按時上崗，身著合適的制服，良好的儀容儀表。

Carry out trainings for the butler team as per resort requirements andon the job training when required.

根據酒店的需求以及工作要求，對管家團隊的員工進行培訓。

Ensure all butler tools and equipment is available and functioningcorrectly at all times.

確保所有管家使用的工具和設備在任何時候處于正常運作狀態。

Ensure all F&B and amenitypreferences are prepared on a daily basis for the suite.

根據客人飲食喜好，為套房客人準備當天的餐飲禮品。

Ensure all guest luggage andbelongings are attended to in a correct and timely manner as per guestrequirements.

根據客人的需求，以正確 、迅速的方式整理客人的行李。

Assist the butler team in coordinatingspecial activities requested outside the resort.

協助管家團隊處理來自于酒店外部的特殊活動。

Ensure priority restaurantreservations are available and reservations prepared for the suite guests asrequested.

優先預訂餐廳座位并根據套房客人的需求為其做好預訂。

Ensure all departure services are attended to by the butler team, and transportation requirements, next destination requests are followed up as per guest requirements.

根據客人的要求，提供離店服務、交通需求服務、下個目的地的協助。

Have full knowledge of all resort services, hours, and locations around the resort.

具備豐富的酒店服務知識、時間概念以及熟悉酒店周邊地區。

Have full knowledge of all concierge services available in the local area, including distances, times, andlocations.

具備豐富的本地禮賓服務知識，包括距離、時間以及地點信息。

Have thorough knowledge of theresort PMS system being able to carry out in room check in and check out ofguests.

完全熟悉PMS系統的操作，能夠為客人在房內辦理入住和退房手續。

Have full knowledge and able tocarry out all butler duties and requested tasks when required.

具備豐富的管家服務知識，能夠承擔管家職責，當客人有需求時，可以提供幫助。

Ensure all Preventive maintenancerequirements to ensure that the suites are top condition for a comfortablestay.

定期檢修維護客房，確保為客人提供舒適的最佳居住環境。

Carry out any other job-relatedtasks requested by the resort.
