To prepare all the financial information required by owning company, check and review the in-house internal control systems are implemented and report to superior for any loophole and provide comprehensive review report to superior to take necessary actions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Provide the master and implement relevant policies and laws and regulations?

Follow and focus on changes in laws and regulations, and do a good job of communication and necessary analysis?

Filing and filing of related files.?

Prepare analytical report for superior need and present the important facts to owning company?

Review all financial information provided by management company and raise concern for significant variance from budget?

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

技能、 工作經驗與學歷要求

?Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or related?

大學專科以上學歷， 會計相關專業。

Preference of work experience in job required in other international brand hospitality?

有國際聯行號會計賬務工作經驗者優先考慮?

Strong ability of independent negotiation and organization and coordination

較強獨立談判及組織協調能力?

Good professional ethics and sense of responsibility

優秀的職業操守及責任心?

Extensive experience working in Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and other office software

能夠熟練的運用Excel, Word, PPT等辦公軟件?

Good oral and written communication skills

Having good sense of teamwork
