崗位職責/職位描述

The?Secondary Consumption Manager has a
diverse group of responsibilities that include park safety, entry plaza, guest
satisfaction, park maintenance and cleaning, as well as supervision of the
Secondary Consumption Assistant Manager, Team Leaders, Lifeguards. Daily
charged with the task of maintaining and operating the water area. Meanwhile,
assistant manager was responsible for the promotion of Secondary Consumption
programs, assisting with general operations around the maintenance inspections
of the pools and resort beaches.

二銷經營經理肩負諸多責任，包括負責園區安全、入口廣場、客戶滿意度、園區維護和清潔，同時監督各個副經理、主管、救生員工作情況，同時負責園區二銷推廣，收入數據分析，每天負責維護和運營、沙灘、和酒店的游泳池等。

【職位要求】
- 大專以上學歷，具備一定的相關工作經驗，景區運營經驗者優先；
- 熟悉景區/樂園的運營模式和規律，具有較強的溝通協調能力和團隊管理能力；
- 具有較強的抗壓能力和應變能力，能夠應對工作中的挑戰和困難；
