As an Food and Beverage ServiceAttendant, we rely on you to:
作為一名餐飲服務(wù)員，你的主要工作職責(zé)為：
1.DeliverFood and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmentalstandards and procedures.
2.Communicatesto his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevantinformation.
3.Attendsand participates in training sessions as scheduled.
4.Takeappropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
5.Food andbeverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures.
1.按照部門的規(guī)范和程序提供高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的餐飲服務(wù)。
2.與上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交流有關(guān)疑難，客人意見和其它相關(guān)信息。
3.參加和參與計(jì)劃好的培訓(xùn)課程。
4.正確處理客人的投訴。
5.按照酒店的規(guī)定存儲(chǔ)餐飲存貨。
