作為一名值班工程師/工程主管，你的主要工作職責(zé)為：
1. Develop the department's preventive maintenance plan to effectively ensure the safe and economic operation of hotel equipment and facilities.
2. Master the on-duty energy consumption and maintenance costs to ensure the hotel's maximum energy saving and cost saving.
3. Implement energy-saving operation plan and control operation and maintenance cost budget.
4. Assist in the analysis of project quotation, visit the site to check the construction and project progress.
5.?Assist in the establishment of complete equipment technical files and maintenance files.
1.制定本部門(mén)預(yù)防性維修保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃有效保障酒店設(shè)備、設(shè)施安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行完好。
2.掌握當(dāng)班能源消耗及維修費(fèi)用，確保酒店最限度的節(jié)能、節(jié)支。
3.推行節(jié)能運(yùn)行計(jì)劃的實(shí)施和運(yùn)行維修費(fèi)用預(yù)算的控制。
4.協(xié)助分析工程項(xiàng)目報(bào)價(jià)單，親臨現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查施工與工程進(jìn)度。
5.協(xié)助建立完整的設(shè)備技術(shù)檔案和維修檔案。

We are looking for someone who:
我們正在尋找一位具備以下條件的候選人：
1.?4 years of?engineering?experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2.Professional
certification and license if required by law.
3.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
4.Hotel experience preferred.
1.具有4年工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，包括管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)或與此相當(dāng)?shù)慕逃c工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)合的背景。
2.擁有相應(yīng)崗位要求的專業(yè)證書(shū)或執(zhí)照。
3.擁有在與他人交往時(shí)大多數(shù)時(shí)間所使用的溝通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司與顧客，員工和第三方交往的能力。
4.擁有酒店經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
