As a Western Kitchen CDP , we rely on you to
作為一名西廚主管，你的主要工作職責為：
1.Communicates politely anddisplay courtesy to guests and internal customers
2.Provides direction to theKitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards
3.Communicates to his/hersuperior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and otherrelevant information
4.Establishes and maintainseffective employee working relationships
5. Attends and participates indaily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
6.Attends and participates intraining sessions as scheduled
7.Prepares in advance food,beverage, material and equipment needed for the service
8.Cleans and re-sets his/herworking area

We are looking for someone who:
我們正在尋找一位具備以下條件的候選人：
1.2 years related experience or an equivalent combination ofeducation and experience. Supervisoryexperience preferred.
2.Alcoholawarenesscertification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handlercard asrequired by local government agency.
3.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees andthird parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
4.Hotel experience preferred.
